Weigh In Wednesday: Check In

This is going to be short and sweet today.

So I am a week and a half into my 90 day clean eating challenge and I am doing awesome!  I know it sounds like I am bragging but I am really proud of myself because there were a few moments where I could have slipped up.  Not this time.

Anyways, I have been doing really good and I peaked at my weight on Saturday and I was down a good bit.  But then my monthly gift came and I am all kinds of bloated so my weight this morning was 314.4.  I am trying not to stress because I know that once I get off the crimson wave it will adjust.  

How did you do on your weigh-in?

  2. Girl drink plenty of water this week and you'll have a good loss next week... that week of the month is always annoying when it comes to the scale!

  3. I weighed in on Saturday, down 5lbs in 10 days which is pretty good for me. Congrats on your loss!!

  5. Ugh, I hate that week! It's always a bummer, but I weigh in, just to stay motivated. 90 days is a long time for a challenge, so staying on it is awesome!

  7. When I lost weight before I'd weigh myself EVERYDAY. I know you're not supposed to, but I was obsessed with trying to figure out what I did that particular day to make me gain (if I did). Now, I'm not as bad usually 1-2 times a week, always in the morning, naked, after I visit the washroom lol.
