There you have it what I eat. Like I mentioned before I have 50 points and this totaled to 44 points. I try to get as close to my limit as possible without going over. I probably could have added an apple and peanut butter as an evening snack and came closer but I just wasn't hungry. I don't deprive myself of eating I just make better choices and use portion control.

In the 4th grade up I would eat 4 boiled eggs every morning. Kids always laughed at me when I would be in the cafeteria eating my breakfast but I didn't care cause I love boiled eggs that much. I also really love Greek yogurt. I have yet to try the Luna bars but I hear they are good.

MIchell, you are absolutely correct. I just want to shake people when I here them say they only allow myself to have 1000 calories a day and still expect to lose weight. Umm no all you can expect is to be hungry and cranky! Thanks for the kind words and for reading!
DeleteI love luna bars! I got some last month for review, and nearly ate them all that day. Lov bannanas as well, and you remind me that I really need to eat breakfast more.
