My Progress

My weight has held me back for so long and I am doing something about it.  These are some of my goals for myself during this journey:

*Lose 40 lbs by December 31, 2013 - expired I lost 33.1 lbs in 2013

*Run a 5k  - no walking - Not gonna happen see why HERE

*Be able to shop at non plus size clothing stores

*Be able to sit comfortably in stadium seating (without the arm rests digging into my hips)

*Walk up a flight of stairs without being winded

*Complete a one minute plank

*Be able to do real sit-ups (not crunches)

*Lose 100 pounds

*Be able to sit on the floor with my daughter without my legs going numb

*Be confident enough to share my weight/clothing size with others. {Accomplished read about it HERE}


Left - 8/31/13, Right - 10/13/13; Down 18.6 pounds
Left - 8/31/13, Middle - 10/13/13, Right - 11/23/13; Down 24.8 pounds

Left - 12/31/13, Right - 4/5/14. Same weight but down 9.25 inches.

  2. i just want to tell you that 33lbs is AMAZING!!!! i keep fighting to keep off the 10 i lost recently & then gained right back.
